Principal - Elementary

Terms of Employment Salary ranges from $94,000 - 137,000.

Purpose: Provide leadership in developing, implementing and evaluating an instructional program appropriate to the needs of the students and consistent with the goals and objectives of the school and corporation.

Qualifications: Valid Indiana Administrative Certification is required. Successful elementary teaching experience and administrative experience preferred. Demonstrated experience as an instructional leader. Proven effectiveness in working with students, parents and teachers. Demonstrated leadership in curriculum, staff development and performance evaluation. Commitment to community and parent involvement. Proven and effective communication skills. Commitment to technology and data analysis to support student learning. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
