We are looking for a dedicated and skilled QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. This role requires a hands-on approach to testing product software systems, with a focus on quality and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong Python programming skills (test automation, scripting) Demonstrated ownership mindset — proactively identifies gaps and drives resolution Ability to dive deep into complex systems to debug and diagnose failures Experience with test frameworks (pytest or similar) Strong written and verbal communication skills Prior work experience at client or in client's industry Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Product Software QA features Write and maintain automated test scripts in Python Perform hands-on testing of product software systems Identify, document, and track defects through resolution Take full ownership of test coverage for assigned features, driving issues to closure independently Dive deep into system behavior, logs, and data to root-cause failures Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality milestones are met
