Key Responsibilities
Provide timely, accurate financial information for optimal operational management.
Execute internal and external financial transactions such as invoice processing and vendor contract management.
Generate and validate reports, supporting analysis of financial performance.
Document operational processes, develop training materials, and deliver educational programs on financial performance and business intelligence.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; candidates holding or near completion of a J.D. preferred.
Ability to work with all levels of healthcare management and staff.
Basic knowledge of finance and statistics (ROI, NPV, risk analysis).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytic skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, meet objectives, promote teamwork, build relationships, prioritize and track multiple tasks, and perform in a fast‑paced environment.
