Serve as the primary administrator for cloud productivity platforms including Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365, managing users, groups, licenses, permissions, and security configurations at an organizational level.
Administer cloud infrastructure and SaaS applications hosted in FedRAMP‑authorized environments (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow).
Own identity and access management (IAM) including SSO configuration, MFA enforcement, conditional access policies, and role‑based access controls.
Monitor cloud platform health, capacity, and usage metrics; proactively implement improvements to reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.
Security & Compliance
Own and enforce IT security policy across endpoints, mobile devices, accounts, and network infrastructure.
Lead vulnerability management activities including patch cadence management, configuration audits, and software update compliance across all managed systems.
Conduct and support security access reviews, system audits, and compliance documentation in alignment with applicable federal frameworks.
Ensure the security and integrity of organizational data across all platforms and transmission channels.
IT Policy, Projects & Documentation
Actively participate in planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT projects, contributing technical expertise and operational perspective from conception through completion.
Contribute to the development, refinement, and enforcement of IT policies and procedures, ensuring they reflect operational realities and organizational risk tolerance.
