We are seeking a Data Analyst to design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards that deliver accurate and actionable insights to support business decision‑making. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), including complex formula creation, and possess strong SQL and analytical skills. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure data is reliable, clearly presented, and strategically aligned to the organisation’s needs.
Responsibilities
Design and maintain reports and dashboards using Oracle Analytics Server (OAS)
Develop complex formulas within OAS to support dynamic reporting and visualisation
Write and execute SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyse complex datasets
Work closely with stakeholders to define reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions
Validate data and ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports
Analyse data to identify business trends and provide actionable insights
Document data sources, metric definitions, and report logic for internal use
Contribute to improvements in data architecture, processes, and data quality controls
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, IT, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst in a business environment
Advanced SQL skills and experience querying relational databases
Strong proficiency with Oracle Analytics Server
Solid understanding of data structures and ability to work with large, complex datasets
Knowledge of data modelling and/or ETL processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience using PowerShell for data import tasks into SQL databases
Familiarity with data governance and security practices
Experience working in cross‑functional or agile environments
Software Proficiency
Microsoft Office Suite – especially Excel and PowerPoint
PowerShell – for automation and data processing (desirable)
