Surgery - Vascular Physician

Vascular Surgeon Findlay, OH (Permanent)

Seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Vascular Surgeon to lead and grow a community-based vascular program . This role includes a mix of open and endovascular procedures treating complex vascular conditions, with a schedule of 2 clinic days and 3 procedural days per week plus shared call ( 10 nights/weekends per month) .

Providers will work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with support from APPs and OSU specialists, with opportunities for program leadership, teaching, and clinical faculty appointment . The facility offers a well-established cardiovascular program with plans for future expansion, including a hybrid OR .

Requirements: BC/BE in Vascular Surgery, OH license (or willing to obtain) , DEA, clean malpractice , and current NPDB report .
