v  We are paying a $2500 sign on bonus for full time hires and $2,000 for part time hires (bonus to be paid after successful completion of 90 day probationary period).

South Shore   Rehabilitation & Nursing Center ,  a premier skilled nursing facility located in Nassau County, New York  has immediate openings (both full and part-time) for LPN’s  for the 11pm and 7am, 3pm to 11pm shifts and 7am to 3pn shift). Under supervised professional and skilled guidance, our LPN’s give direct nursing care to assigned residents and perform other services necessary for their personal and comforts needs. Responsibilities:

Ø  Delivers nursing care in structured & routine situations.

Ø  Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.

Ø  Prepares for and assists Nurses and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments.

Ø  Reinforces, supports and provides health care instructions to patients and their families.
