Required qualifications
5+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, Operations, Product, or Engineering Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field Experience with health plans and healthcare analytics, including payer and health-system reporting Advanced technical skills with data stacks (SQL, dbt, Airflow) and visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Hex) Proven ability to collaborate and influence strategy across cross-functional teams
