We are seeking a skilled production services specialist to join our team, providing application release deployment services for a portfolio of 200 applications in the Equities Release Deployment Management (RDM) sector. This role involves managing release deployment requests throughout their lifecycle and collaborating globally with peer support, development, and infrastructure teams. Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong technical skills including Linux, Windows, SQL, Ansible, scripting, messaging platforms, and Autosys. Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, ITRS Geneos. Knowledge of ITIL (including Remedy and ServiceNow) and Jira. 5 years of hands-on experience in application support/development, ensuring stability for Global Markets applications. Must have experience coordinating with offshore and onshore support, business, vendor, and infrastructure partners. Prior work experience at client or in client's industry. Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2. Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience with distributed application platforms: Windows, Linux, SQL. Programming skills: Python, Unix scripting, Ansible. Knowledge of the Global Markets Equities domain. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Manage release deployment requests throughout their lifecycle. Onboard and support Start of Day (SOD) and Start of Week (SOW) application checks. Identify and automate manual activities to improve efficiency. Utilize the in-house tool Chronos for release deployments.
