Location & Work Arrangement Hybrid: Qualified candidates must live within a 180-mile radius of a hub location listed below and should plan to spend time working from home and some time working in the office as part of our hybrid work environment.
Remote: Qualified candidates (outside of hub locations listed below) may be considered for 100% remote work arrangements based on where a candidate currently resides or is currently located.
Hub Locations: Bloomington, IL; Dunwoody, GA; Richardson, TX; Tempe, AZ.

Responsibilities
Support the coordination, prioritization, and delivery of digital initiatives, and reporting and measurement of results.
Collect inputs, measure outcomes, and report Key Performance Indicators.
Communicate and partner with business owners necessary for digital operations and business performance.
Set goals, provide estimates, and track performance to goals.
Support Product managers, Project Managers, and Initiative Owners executing duties by providing insights and developing recommendations through data.
Utilize analytical and quantitative skills by using data and metrics to test theories confirm assumptions, generate insights/recommendations, and measure success.
Drive and influence business decisions based on metrics and data.
Create reports and dashboards using Tableau or similar tools.
Identify and capture data for tracking with Enterprise Technology partners.
Utilize testing experience with A/B testing, configuring testing tools (with Enterprise Technology), reading/interpreting statistical results, and conducting pre‑ and post‑analysis.
Qualifications
Moderate proficiency in SQL with basic knowledge in another programming language such as Python or R.
Experience in web‑based monitoring platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
Proficiency managing complex data sources, including ETL across multiple sources and intense data verification.
Enthusiastically driven by Data and Analytics.
Proven ability to thrive within a fast‑paced, changing environment.
Direct to Consumer digital marketing experience preferred.
Bachelor’s in a quantitative field (marketing, business analytics, economics, computer science, finance, etc.) preferred.
Benefits & Compensation Potential starting salary range: $97,000 - $142,000. Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience. High end of the range is limited to applicants with significant relevant experience.
Potential yearly incentive pay up to 15% of base salary.
