Key focus areas:
Create, maintain and grow lasting business relationships with refrigeration OEM companies, leading refrigeration contractors as well as end users across various industries.
Support channel partners in technical and commercial solutions
Plan and participate in marketing events for the assigned sales areas
Any other tasks necessary to grow Vahterus business in the industrial refrigeration industry
What we expect
Minimum 5-7 years of experience with a strong track record of customized industrial equipment sales in the U.S. industrial refrigeration market
Understanding of industrial refrigeration systems (heat transfer knowledge is a plus)
Excellent technical sales communication skills
Ability to thrive in an ever-changing work environment
Must be a team player working with regional and global sales and operations teams
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Interest and ability to travel regularly

This role will be located preferably in our USA office in Charlotte, NC. We expect that the person in this role will be able to travel frequently within the region and to Finland.
