Tailored Access, a GRVTY Company, is seeking experienced Systems Administrators to support core Intelligence Community (IC) missions. As a cyber professional in the intelligence community, you will work as part of a team on the frontlines against our cyber adversaries.
What You’ll be Owning The System Administrator will provide High Performance Computing (HPC) services in the form of HPC enhanced sustainment capabilities to two geographically dispersed areas. These capabilities include:
Systems running Red Hat, CentOS, SUSE and custom vendor‑specific operating systems, with high‑speed shared storage (lustre, gpfs) and dedicated high‑speed low‑latency network interconnects like Infiniband and Slingshot.
Transitioning systems into Operations. This team works across organizations to provide planning, delivery, and integration of new or additional HPC sustainment capabilities that include HPC systems, servers (cluster, SMP, MPP, SPD) and parallel file systems.
Support the HPC and ABS (ABUNDANTSHIELD high‑speed shared parallel storage) SRE teams and follow Government‑designated policies and procedures to enhance sustainment responsibilities and improve customer mission operations.
Proficient with the following
Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
Provide Tier1 (HelpDesk) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.
Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.
Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems.
Provide Tier1 and Tier2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
Support day‑to‑day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
Support escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning.
Provide in‑depth experience in troubleshooting IT systems.
Provide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers for escalated tickets.
Support the dispatch system and handle hardware problems.
Configure and manage Linux, Unix, and Windows (or other applicable OS) and install/load OS software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity and configure network components.
Support the design of systems, mission architecture and associated hardware.
Possess a working knowledge of system administration interdependencies as part of the Service‑Oriented Architecture (SOA).
Analyze and resolve complex problems associated with server hardware, applications and software integration.
What You Must Have
Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance (most recent polygraph within the last 7 years).
B.S. in a technical discipline and 10years of experience as a System Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity, or 15years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Pay Range Pay Range: $181,000 –$191,000 USD.
