Duties & Responsibilities
Installs, configures, and maintains network infrastructure.
Monitors network performance and ensures system availability.
Troubleshoots network issues and implements solutions.
Maintains network security and access controls.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)
Knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols
Ability to monitor and troubleshoot network performance
Understanding of network security principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain and develop documentation
Attention to detail
Communication skills
Minimum/General Experience
4 years to 6 years of related experience
Minimum Education
BS/BA Degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent)
