Overview Senior Executive Talent Acquisition @ Coforge | MBA in HR and Marketing Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist Skills: Level 2 technical support, Purchase desktop hardware & software, Active Directory, Rotating on-call support Experience: 2-5 Years Job Type: Contract Location: Alpharetta, GA Responsibilities Provide Level 2 technical support to end-users through in-person, phone, and remote assistance. Provide clear documentation in tickets and escalate to the appropriate support team or vendor where needed. Build and image computers for new users or replacement PCs. Follow standard Incident Management & Service Request processes and help maintain our Knowledge Base. Purchase desktop hardware & software. Create and update Active Directory accounts. Leverage 3rd party vendors to resolve issues & fulfil requests. Support onsite office technology including printers, cameras, displays, etc. Rotating on-call support on weekends.
