Job Responsibilities Strategic Business Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to acquire and expand new customer accounts across the United States
Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with major US retail clients and fashion brands
Market Intelligence: Identify emerging market opportunities, analyze industry trends, and formulate actionable growth strategies
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with our China‑based operations team to ensure on‑time delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction
Qualifications Industry Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge of the fashion/apparel industry with established network and proven ability to generate new business opportunities
Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience as Sales Manager or Product Manager within garment import/export companies
Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of US fashion apparel development, merchandising, and market dynamics
Results‑Driven: Documented history of exceeding sales targets and successfully expanding market share
International Experience: Prior collaboration experience with overseas manufacturing facilities (preferred)
Self‑Starter: Highly organized, motivated, and capable of thriving in an independent, fast‑paced environment
