Summary Clark Energies is seeking a high-character, career-oriented leader to fill the role of Direct Sales Manager. This position is designed for a proven professional who leads by example, develops strong managers, and executes within a structured, high-performance organization.
You will oversee managers and their respective teams within your assigned market. You will be responsible for teaching, reinforcing, and executing Clark Energies’ established operational structure. Our systems are proven, refined, and scalable. While we welcome thoughtful innovation, this role is not about reinventing processes—it is about mastering our structure and leading others to do the same.
At the beginning of our training program, you will learn the fundamentals of the renewable energy industry while becoming familiar with our operational structure. You will then receive in-depth training on the structure, culture, and leadership standards of Clark Energies.
You will receive substantial executive support, operational resources, and the backing of an existing management team. If you thrive in an environment built on accountability, growth, and leadership development, we welcome the opportunity to connect.
Requirements
Strong student mentality; highly coachable with a desire to continuously learn
Demonstrated commitment and professional discipline
Minimum 5+ years of direct sales experience (required)
Proven ability to self-generate appointments
Must possess a cell phone and laptop/tablet for proposal presentations
Comfortable conducting in-home consultations
Primary Responsibilities
Represent and market Clark Energies within assigned territory
Develop new clientele and expand market presence
Train consultants on conducting effective in-home solar consultations
Lead and host weekly meetings for appointment setters and consultants
Ensure all performance targets, goals, and KPIs are consistently met
