Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Sales Business Development role based in Athens, TN. The Sales Business Development professional will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include conducting market research, reaching out to potential customers via calls, emails, and in‑person meetings, and presenting HRSS Groups’ hiring solutions to decision‑makers. The role will also involve managing relationships with existing clients, delivering high‑quality customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. The successful candidate will track sales activities, prepare proposals and reports, and contribute to revenue growth and business expansion. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, understand client needs, and deliver a positive client experience. Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify prospects, evaluate opportunities, and develop targeted outreach strategies. Analytical Skills to interpret market data, assess sales performance, and refine business development strategies. Proven experience in sales, business development, staffing, or related fields, preferably in a B2B environment. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a fast‑paced setting. Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software to manage pipelines and reporting.
