As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help lead the next phase of our expansion.
What You'll Do
Own pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue targets across the business
Build and execute strategies for new account acquisition and existing account growth
Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients and strategic partners
Identify new market opportunities and drive business development initiatives
Represent Exalt Samples at major industry events, including TISE/Surfaces, Coverings, IRE, and other trade shows
Collaborate with operations, design, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution
Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve and exceed company goals
Maintain CRM accuracy, reporting, and sales analytics to support business growth
What We're Looking For
5+ years of B2B sales experience with at least 2 years leading a sales team
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals as both an individual contributor and sales leader
Experience in building products, print and marketing services, manufacturing, or related industries preferred
Strong customer relationship management and account development experience
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
Strong sales instincts paired with the operational discipline to manage a clean, predictable pipeline
Experience using CRM platforms and sales reporting tools
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred
A leader who develops people, drives accountability, and sets a high standard for performance
