Responsibilities
Plan, determine and conduct qualitative and quantitative data analyses in virtualized and non‑virtualized environments.
Design, build and maintain advanced electronic data capture systems for integrated data capture.
Monitor, evaluate and ensure quality control of data entry across multiple areas and contexts.
Lead and perform integration of multiple data sources across business units, shared and virtual data systems using shared data platforms and vendor‑mandated systems and technologies.
Analyze workflow, identifying logistical and operational issues for improvement.
Work closely withCTS evaluation and communications teams to provide recommendations to leadership based on internal and industry data.
Identify information needs throughout the CTSI and support marketing and communications strategy through analysis of digital engagement, website performance and impact data.
Lead the development and administration of secure dashboard environments to demonstrate impact, assess program sustainability and enhance decision‑making for CTSI leadership.
Plan, develop, manage and evaluate publication tracking for the CTSI.
Provide data services according to established policies, procedures and methodologies for analysis of data; identify additional reporting tools and work with programmers to develop and implement them.
Maintain documentation for processes, exceptions and decision‑making criteria for projects and ongoing processes.
Represent CTSI leadership at national meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (advanced degree may be desirable).
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (2–4 years preferred).
Extensive experience with Tableau Prep Builder and Tableau.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into non‑technical business terms.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, balancing competing priorities and managing multiple concurrent projects.
Problem‑solving skills and ability to anticipate needs; strong data‑problem resolution and decision‑making skills.
Ability to adapt to changing environments and leadership.
