Plan, design and configure LAN, WAN, VPN and wireless networks, ensuring the architecture meets security and performance requirements.
Monitor network performance using tools and dashboards.
Maintain network documentation, including topology diagrams, IP address schemes, and configurations.
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues.
Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for escalated network problems.
Collaborate with helpdesk and system administrators on cross‑functional issues.
Analyze network traffic and usage trends.
Recommend upgrades or changes to improve performance and scalability.
Plan for future growth and emerging technologies.
Develop and maintain network disaster recovery plans.
Ensure redundancy and failover mechanisms are in place.
Maintain accurate records of network configurations and changes.
Prepare reports on network health, incidents, and performance metrics.
