The CreativeX RAPID (Real-time Ad Personalization & Insights Development) team seeks a passionate and talented Machine Learning Engineer. CreativeX enables brands to create, serve, measure, and optimize creative content with ease.
Key responsibilities include:
Acquire knowledge of generative AI technologies to solve complex problems in Dynamic Creative Optimization.
Investigate design approaches, prototype new technologies, and evaluate feasibility, e.g., Auto‑ML, real‑time ML serving.
Collaborate with scientists to design & build data pipelines for massive datasets and scale ML models.
Develop & maintain platforms for building, evaluating, and deploying ML models for real‑world applications.
Basic Qualifications
3+ years professional software development experience (non‑internship).
2+ years design or architecture experience of new and existing systems.
Experience programming with at least one programming language.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years full software development life cycle experience (coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, operations).
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
Salary: USA, NY, New York: $158,100.00 – $213,800.00 annually; USA, WA, Seattle: $143,700.00 – $194,400.00 annually.
