About the Company We’re partnering with an enterprise data platform that emerged from stealth 18 months ago, serves 50+ active customers, is revenue positive, and is heading toward Series B. The founding team has multiple successful exits. We’re building a Go‑focused backend engineering team in Dallas and hiring across three levels simultaneously. These are hands‑on IC roles. Engineers own modules end to end and are trusted to shape technical direction from day one. Open Positions Principal Backend Engineer (12–15+ years) – Architecture‑level ownership. Design and build foundational systems from scratch. You’ve made real architectural decisions and can speak to the tradeoffs. Lead Backend Engineer (7–10 years) – Own a module end to end. Strong Go production experience. High autonomy, fast feedback loop. Junior Backend Engineer (2–3 years) – High growth ceiling. Contribute to real modules from day one in an environment where strong engineers get rewarded. What You’ll Work On Data connectors Windows/Unix agents Vector serialization Rules engines (GRULE) Data dispensers On‑prem product all in Go Location Dallas, TX (hybrid) Compensation $150k–$250k+ equity Visa H-1B transfers supported
