Overview This role is based on-site at our World Headquarters located in Springdale, AR. It involves coordinating, maintaining, and executing activities to increase fresh beef and pork sales within a specific region or customer portfolio. Responsibilities Establish and service new accounts. Manage existing fresh beef and pork accounts to increase market share. Sell boxed beef and/or pork in volume to large key accounts. Introduce and build sales of new products. Effectively communicate customer, market, and performance insights. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience: 5+ years in the fresh beef and pork industry in one or more of the following areas: meat sales, meat merchandising, foodservice sales, wholesale fresh meats operations. Computer Skills: Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with customers, internal partners, and leadership. Special Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities. Travel & Relocation Travel: Minimal. Relocation Assistance: Eligible.
