Join our Tech Assist team which delivers and supports technology solutions for all business groups. As a member of Tech Assist, you will be the face of Technology in New York.
Salary range for this position: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, plus overtime and an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
Responsibilities
Support key end‑user computing, including telephony (Cisco and dealer voice) and mobile devices (Apple and Android) with regular status updates to customers, stakeholders, and management during high‑impact incidents.
Collaborate with second and third‑level technology teams for urgent or complex issues.
Qualifications
Prior experience in a corporate IT environment, ideally in a fast‑paced, high‑level support role with outstanding interpersonal skills for professional interactions with staff.
Knowledge of technologies including iOS, VMWare Horizon client, Global Protect VPN, Cisco telephony, Workplace ONE Mobile Device Management, and market data applications such as Bloomberg, Fidessa, ICE, FactSet.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate, present, and generate enthusiasm for ideas and solutions.
Ability to balance high‑volume workloads with detailed analytical troubleshooting and complex problem resolution while maintaining ownership and accountability.
Dynamic and collaborative character capable of working effectively with colleagues and business users in a constantly evolving environment, and a passion for technology.
