Manage a team of sales representatives in the local marketplace.
Ensure overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization.
Implement and manage sales forecasting.

Position Requirements
Strong leadership/management skill set; proven track record of leading and developing sales teams; business acumen and strategic approach.
Technical/mechanical capacity/aptitude.
Experience in flow control industry with knowledge of instrumentation, valves, and calibration services.
Experience in outside sales/selling role within the industrial marketplace.
Computer proficiency including MS Office; bonus for P-21.
Preferred Education/Experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
