Job Summary We are seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer III to play a crucial role in understanding and impacting customer behavior through insightful data analysis at Amazon Prime. This role involves working closely with marketing and technology teams, formulating key questions, diving deep into our vast Data Warehouse, and presenting actionable findings to management. If you are driven by data-driven decision making, excel in detailed analysis, and are seeking an opportunity to work with one of the world's largest datasets, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate program features and marketing content based on customer response, conversion, and retention.
Conduct statistical testing of A/B and multivariate experiments.
Design, build, and maintain metrics and reports on program health.
Respond to ad hoc requests for analysis on customer behavior and trends.
Employ data mining, model building, and segmentation to identify trends in the customer base.
Must-Have Skills
5+ years of experience working with large-scale complex datasets and creating Dashboard using Tableau or Quicksight
Proficiency in writing SQL Queries
Experience in statistical testing of A/B and multivariate experiments
