We are partnering with a well-established industrial service company in West Tulsa seeking a hands-on Controller to lead accounting and provide practical financial leadership to ownership.

This is a key role for someone who understands how operational businesses really run job costing, field crews, equipment, cash flow, and tight margins.

The company operates on QuickBooks, so experience managing and optimizing accounting within a QuickBooks environment is important. They need someone comfortable working in a lean structure rolling up sleeves while also thinking strategically.

Full-cycle accounting & month-end close
Financial reporting for ownership
Job costing & project margin analysis
WIP tracking
Cash flow forecasting
Oversight of AP, AR, payroll
Process improvement & strengthening controls

5+ years progressive accounting experience
Controller or strong Assistant Controller ready to step up
Industrial services, construction, or manufacturing experience preferred
QuickBooks proficiency required
Hands-on, no-ego leadership style
