Collaborate with engineering, compliance, operations, support, and business teams to define reporting requirements, improve data quality, and deliver accurate insights that support end user technology services, devices and compliance objectives. Design, document, and diagram new data feeds and end-to-end data flows, including source systems, transformations, dependencies, controls, and output destinations for operational and compliance reporting. Build, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and scorecards using Client Power BI and related tools, ensuring that metrics, trends, exceptions, and compliance indicators are presented clearly and accurately. Create and maintain documentation for data definitions, feed logic, transformation rules, mapping, report specifications, process controls, and operational procedures to support governance, auditability, and sustainment. Develop and tune SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and datasets to support scalable reporting, reconciliation, and feed validation across structured and semi-structured data sources. Use Client Graph and other APIs to extract, correlate, and enrich data needed for end user compliance, operational analytics, and cross-platform reporting. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translate business needs into data and reporting solutions, manage multiple priorities, and drive continuous improvement in reporting accuracy, usability, and automation. Analyze business requirements, break work into manageable deliverables, and execute enhancements in iterative delivery models while maintaining data quality, governance, and stakeholder alignment. Trace, analyze, and troubleshoot existing data feeds across multiple systems to identify breaks, bottlenecks, transformation issues, and data integrity concerns, then implement improvements to increase reliability and timeliness. Manage Tier 3 and higher ticketing system queue and process tickets, acting as point of escalation interface with IT and business units. Develop and manage data ingestion, transformation, validation, and reporting processes using Client SQL, Alteryx, Client Graph, flat files, APIs, and other enterprise data sources to support recurring and ad hoc compliance reporting. Improve existing data feeds by identifying root causes of failed or inaccurate data movement, refining transformations, eliminating manual workarounds, and increasing resilience, observability, and performance. Routinely evaluate reporting logic, data structures, and integration workflows, recommending and implementing enhancements that improve trust in data, simplify maintenance, and expand reporting capability. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required. Possess in-depth knowledge of Client SQL Server, Client Power BI, Client Graph, Alteryx, relational data concepts, ETL and ELT patterns, APIs, data modeling, and reporting best practices. Experience with dashboard design, DAX, data cleansing, reconciliation, feed monitoring, and enterprise reporting governance is strongly preferred. Strong understanding and experience with data architecture, data lineage, source system analysis, structured and semi-structured data, validation controls, exception handling, and enterprise data movement across internal and external platforms.
