Responsibilities
Train, coach, and develop sales reps
Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed
Develop and implement strategic sales plans in accordance with business needs
Build and maintain strong clientele relationships
Host Wedding/Events Cake Tastings & Consultations
Oversee Wedding/Events orders through production
Qualifications
Experience working in a sales position
Ability to manage and lead a team to success
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong time‑management skills; ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and organize
