We are seeking a skilled Information Technology Support Analyst to support and maintain corporate and contract IT infrastructure across multiple locations in Northern Virginia. This role is ideal for a hands-on IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently troubleshoot, maintain, and improve end-user systems and network operations. Must be a US Citizen. Must have the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance. Responsibilities:
Accept a mentorship to assist the Information Technology (IT) Specialist in providing systems support tasks for hardware devices and software packages, help with installation setups, and revise existing documentation guidelines Provide timely technical support for users and work with them to solve existing problems Provide training for teams in multi-faceted departments, answer technology questions as needed, complete administrative tasks when required, and fill out documentation when requesting new inventory Commute short distances between office locations to provide support Provide support to remote users and escalate issues to supervisors as needed
