About the Role: We are looking for a skilled 1099 Maintenance Tech to join SVN - Toomey Property Advisors in Mobile, AL. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing properties to ensure they are in top condition for our clients and tenants.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance on properties, such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
Conduct repairs as needed, including fixing leaks, replacing fixtures, and troubleshooting issues
Coordinate with property managers and tenants to schedule maintenance and repairs
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses
Requirements:
Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role
