Your Role The Pharmacy Care Management Platform team delivers all IT Pharmacy solutions to support Pharmacy Operations and Pharmacy Transformation. The DevOps Analyst, Senior will report to the Pharmacy Development Senior Manager. In this role you will be the comprehensive subject matter expert in the technology products/platform feature space and apply, learn, and extend your skills beyond formal role boundaries. Having a desire to help achieve transformational healthcare improvement should serve as the inspiration behind the ideal candidate's willingness to participate across many different activities within an agile working model.

Your Knowledge and Experience
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience
Requires at least 5 years of directly related professional experience and deep technical abilities in one or more primary products, programs, or technologies
Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and technical counterparts
Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills
Demonstrated experience in collaborating with development and operations teams to streamline the product delivery lifecycle
Experience documenting agile workflows and processes
Experience utilizing the Atlassian suite of products
Requires basic technical knowledge and experience including adherence to architectural design, development standards, security policies, and sustainable design practices
Hybrid This role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into the office two days each week.
Employees living more than 50 miles from an office location will work with their manager to determine in-office time based on business need.
