As the ML Data Engineer intern, you will work with our ML Data Infra team to implement a peer-to-peer Distributed Data Orchestration layer to serve as the cache layer for the ML platform.
Responsibilities:
Help implement peer-to-peer distributed cache for ML training/Inference.
Help benchmark the cache solution.
Work with multiple teams to help define and build various backend services and development tools.
Required Skills:
MS or PhD student in Computer Science or equivalent field.
Solid understanding of fundamental CS algorithms and data structures.
Experience writing and maintaining Python code on and for Linux OS.
Knowledge and experience about distributed storage is great to have, but not required.
Salary Range:
$19 - $65 an hour
Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.
