ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Prospect Process and Optimization
Development and maintenance of sales forecasts and pipeline.
Analysis of sales and customer data to guide sales force priorities.
Track prospect status and pull reports from Salesforce.com
Identify and address barriers in the sales process to improve the sales lifecycle.
Enable the Completion of Sales Opportunities
Project manage and obtain approval of key sales artifacts with internal stakeholders.
Schedule sales calls, complete meeting follow-ups, assist in preparing sales materials.
Intake client claims and information, prepare client facing reports on potential savings.
Assume leadership of the weekly pipeline planning process and meeting.
Develop and lead the RFP process for prospective clients.
Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
All other duties as assigned.

Hours (40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday)

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years PBM/Pharmacy or Health Plan experience.
1-3 years Sales/Sales support experience.
A positive mental attitude and ability to play well with others.
Superior organizational and time management skills, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
Have ability to plan proactively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly motivated, self-directed and resourceful.
A high level of pride in individual and group results.
Willing to expand skills and knowledge base for the task at hand.
Experience creating new process and executing against them.
Experience working with clients and external stakeholders.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT Office: While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is frequently required to reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for long periods of time (up to 90% of the shift), walk, talk and hear; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet, with frequent interruptions and multiple demands.
