Network Engineer – STICC Hourly Rate: $60–$85/hour W2
Job Summary: Supports and maintains network infrastructure for NYSDOT STICC operations, ensuring connectivity and cybersecurity compliance for 24/7 mission-critical systems.
Duration: 3 to 5 years (Government Project) Job Type: Full-time, Contract Schedule: 8-hour shift, may include off-hour interventions Work Location: 50 Wolf Road, Albany, NY References: 2 required prior to offer
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Computer Science/IT or related.
Experience:
5+ years in network/system administration.
Certifications:
CompTIA Network+, CCNA (required), Security+ (preferred).
Responsibilities:
Monitor network health and uptime.
Troubleshoot and elevate system issues.
Document system performance in Ezelogs.
