Overview Job ID: 10412874 | Amazon Web Services, Inc.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced leader who lives at the intersection of executive storytelling and AI-driven innovation to transform how we educate and engage executives through our Executive Briefing Center (EBC) content, speakers, and programming. You bring deep experience in crafting compelling narratives for senior audiences — and the vision to modernize how that content is created, scaled, and delivered using AI. You understand that content doesn't exist in isolation—it's part of a broader ecosystem of sales partnerships, product strategy, and market engagement.
This is your chance to shape how AWS engages with executives from enterprise, startup, and public sector organizations across six global locations. Your work will directly influence how organizations think about cloud, AI, and digital transformation — and will directly impact AWS's ability to win strategic accounts and accelerate customer success.
This role is a unique blend: you're a content expert who can craft compelling executive narratives and a change agent who can harness AI to reimagine how we develop, personalize, and scale that content. You'll modernize how we reach customers through one of our most impactful programs — unlocking new possibilities with technology while preserving the human connection and strategic depth that makes AWS executive briefings so powerful.
Key Responsibilities
Define the content vision for executive customers at EBCs, focusing on AI transformation, cloud strategy, and emerging technology trends grounded in practical business application.
Lead the operational transformation of EBC content creation, curation, speakers, and personalization at scale.
Partner with technology teams to develop and deploy AI tools to streamline agenda building, speaker matching, and content recommendations based on account needs, industry, and business priorities.
Build deep field, sales, and industry stakeholder partnerships to ensure EBC content lands with customers.
Collaborate with account and industry teams, Solutions Architects (SAs), and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to understand customer challenges and ensure EBC content serves real objectives.
Actively work with and pull insights from product marketing to solicit product roadmaps, customer success patterns, and positioning for AWS solutions.
Drive bidirectional feedback loops gathering insights from EBC briefings and feeding them back to product, sales, and marketing teams.
Integrate into the executive marketing ecosystem, ensuring EBC content connects to other programming like the Executive Summit at AWS re:Invent and other persona-driven programs to create a unified, coherent customer experience.
Establish metrics and analytics frameworks to continuously improve content effectiveness based on briefing outcomes, customer insights, and business impact.
Enable speakers and field teams by creating playbooks, presenter guidance, and enablement materials that empower speakers across AWS and partner organizations.
Attend briefings to observe what resonates, gather insights, and iterate rapidly on content improvements.
A Day in the Life
Review content recommendations and refine narratives to connect AWS capabilities to specific customer business challenges.
Collaborate with product teams to translate technical announcements into executive-ready stories that demonstrate customer value.
Attend executive briefings to observe what resonates with customers, gathering real-time insights on content effectiveness and identifying opportunities for iteration.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to align content strategy with business goals.
Analyze briefing feedback data and customer insights to optimize your modular content library, update playbooks, and enhance the AI tools that power speaker matching and agenda building.
Connect with regional EBC teams across global locations, share what's working, and ensure consistency while moving quickly from concept to delivery.
Evaluate existing content workflows and propose new approaches — whether that's piloting an AI tool for agenda personalization or reimagining how we brief prep for a specific industry vertical.
Basic Qualifications
8+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience.
8+ years of experience in executive communications, product marketing, sales enablement, or strategic consulting creating C‑level content.
Demonstrated expertise in translating technical concepts into business narratives.
Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership.
Experience driving results through others—building content through internal teams, agencies, or partnerships.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience implementing AI or automation tools to improve content creation and operations and scale.
Experience in tech industry storytelling, particularly for enterprise or cloud computing audiences.
Background in building or managing executive speaker programs.
Experience working across multiple geographies and adapting content for global audiences.
