Quinn Company — a top‑performing Caterpillar dealership with more than 100 years of service excellence — is hiring a Customer Information Data Analyst in City of Industry, California. In this role, you will champion Quinn’s corporate customer database, support Sales Link and DBS data processes, enhance customer onboarding, and improve data integrity across multiple systems. You’ll also administer Texada software and support CRM system enhancements throughout the organization.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:
Create & Maintain Data Policies: Develop, train, and enforce procedures for handling customer information.
Ensure Data Quality: Analyze and report data quality gaps related to Caterpillar Trifecta compliance and core customer contact details.
Audit Customer Data: Review sales records, confirm digital channel activations, and document customer usage of Caterpillar platforms.
Support Marketing Efforts: Provide targeted customer and machine lists for campaigns.
Analyze Platform Utilization: Identify opportunities for greater customer engagement with Part.Cat.Com, Cat Central, and VisionLink.
Enhance Service Effectiveness: Review S·O·S program usage and recommend improvements.
Track Customer Programs: Monitor customer utilization of Cat Credits and other service offerings.
Manage CRM Reporting: Administer tracking reports, KPIs, and customer activation dashboards.
Train Users: Deliver Sales Link and Sales Funnel training across departments based on user roles.
Support CRM Enhancements: Assist with system updates, feature improvements, and vendor‑reported issue resolution.
Administer Texada: Support and encourage use of the Texada software application across the organization.
Analyze Data & Provide Insights: Review customer database activity, revenue, and opportunity data to create leads and identify trends.
Ensure Data Integrity: Identify duplicate customers, incorrect relationships, and convert prospects into customer accounts.
Support Operational Excellence: Assist Quinn with Caterpillar program compliance and best practices.
Collaborate Across Departments: Travel to Quinn branches, Caterpillar events, and customer locations as needed.
Provide Guidance: Advise employees on Sales Link processes and support company initiatives aligned with Quinn’s performance‑driven culture.
Qualifications
What You Need to Succeed:
Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university
1–3 years of hands‑on software implementation, sales, or CRM experience
CRM experience (preferred)
Expert‑level Excel skills (required)
Strong analytical, communication, and training abilities
Ability to manage data integrity and support complex system enhancements
