Working remotely, the full-time salaried People Analytics Lead will build and manage the enterprise people analytics platform, deliver predictive workforce intelligence, and measure AI ROI to support strategic decision-making across the organization. Key responsibilities
Lead the implementation and ongoing management of the Vizier people analytics platform, integrating with various HR systems Develop frameworks for measuring AI ROI and communicate findings through narrative reports for executive stakeholders Create predictive models and analyses to identify workforce risks and opportunities, partnering with leadership to shape people strategy
Required qualifications
7-12 years of experience in people analytics, HR data science, or organizational research, preferably in a high-caliber organization Expertise in people analytics platforms, with strong preference for Visier and familiarity with Workday Proven ability to calculate and communicate ROI from HR and technology investments, including AI Strong quantitative skills in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and data visualization Background in organizational psychology or a related discipline is a meaningful plus
