Leading a specialized team in a remote capacity, the full-time Sales Manager - Cloud Solutions will drive growth by coaching sales professionals, developing strategies for cloud hosting and ERP services, and managing sales pipelines to enhance client experiences and recurring revenue. Key responsibilities
Coach and mentor a sales team focused on customer expansion and recurring revenue growth Develop and execute strategies to increase adoption of cloud hosting solutions and ERP upgrade services Ensure a healthy pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts and performance insights
Required qualifications
5+ years of B2B sales experience in technology, SaaS, or ERP solutions 3+ years of sales leadership experience with a focus on coaching and developing sellers Proven success in driving revenue growth through customer expansion and cross-selling Strong experience in managing pipelines and sales performance metrics Experience using CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
