Reporting to the AVP, Asset Management Analytics, this role supports the design, development and delivery of enterprise reporting and analytics across asset management, operations and portfolio performance. This role is responsible for building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, portfolio analytics, operational reports and performance metrics that inform investment decision‑making, enhance portfolio monitoring and risk management and improve operational efficiency.
The Sr. Analyst partners closely with Asset Management, Portfolio Management, Finance and Operations stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear, accurate and actionable analytics. This role contributes to the execution of the reporting strategy and analytics roadmap by developing scalable reporting solutions, ensuring data accuracy and integrity and adhering to established reporting standards, KPI definitions and data governance practices. This position analyzes trends, identifies drivers of results and provides data‑driven insights and recommendations to support business objectives and streamline execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field, preferred
5-7+ years of experience in reporting, analytics or business intelligence, preferably within mortgage servicing or asset management
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI and Tableau) and advanced Excel skills
Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking, problem-solving and clear effective communication
Experience with SQL or scripting languages preferred
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and deadline‑driven environment
Experience with ICE MSP system preferred
Strong skills and experience in MS Word and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the organization

Compensation
The hiring range for this position is between $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 annually
This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
