À propos
Future Talent Learning is a purpose-led organisation on a mission to revolutionise workplace learning. We partner with organisations worldwide to deliver award-winning leadership and management development through government-funded apprenticeships and our AI-powered platform Mentarri.
The job
As a Learning Technologies Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our learning platforms and systems run smoothly and create a great experience for learners, coaches, clients, and colleagues. You’ll support day-to-day learning technology operations, help users navigate systems confidently, and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation across our platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
· Act as the first point of contact for learning technology queries and support
· Deliver onboarding and training sessions for coaches and learners
· Manage system administration activities across Aptem and other learning platforms
· Support learner, line manager, and client data uploads and changes
· Coordinate onboarding and offboarding across internal and external systems
· Support programme updates, content uploads, and platform enhancements
· Test new features and identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency through technology and AI
About you
We’re looking for someone who is naturally curious, highly proactive, and energised by the opportunity to use technology to improve how people work and learn.
You’ll ideally have:
· Experience using learning management systems, AI or other technologies
· Experience in supporting users, troubleshooting issues or delivering training on systems and technology
· Strong technology confidence and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
· A genuine interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies
· An entrepreneurial mindset — someone who spots opportunities and takes initiative rather than waiting to be asked
· A proactive, solution-focused approach with a drive to continuously improve processes
· Confidence troubleshooting issues and translating technical concepts for non-technical users
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
· A collaborative style and excellent customer focus
· Excitement about experimenting, learning, and helping shape how technology is used across the business
What We Offer
At Future Talent Learning, we invest in our people. You'll find an exciting and innovative environment where you can learn, grow, and make a real impact.
Benefits include:
· 25 days annual leave, plus 3 additional days at Christmas
· A 4-day work week (with full 5-day pay) after 6 months' probation
· Fully remote working with flexible hours
· Stakeholder pension scheme
· Free access to Spill (therapy and mental health support)
· £160 annual book/wellbeing budget
· £100 home office setup allowance
· Seasonal in-person company socials
