We are looking for a strong addition to our Finance team—someone who will help shape strategy, optimize revenue and costs, and enable smarter, faster decision‑making across the business. This role reports directly to the VP of Podcast Finance.
Responsibilities
Revenue Analysis: Provide analytical support to iHeartMedia leadership, proactively identifying issues and developing data‑driven answers.
Business Reports, Solutions & Tools: Create Excel/SQL/Tableau reports and tools to evaluate business performance, implement initiatives, and improve operations.
Process Development: Design and streamline operations workflows to increase efficiency.
Support Diverse Teams: Assist various departments with data analysis and insights.
Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in additional projects as needed.
Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL and Tableau.
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
High attention to detail.
Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Ability to work independently or as part of a diverse team.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Quick learner of new systems and processes.

Compensation Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
(actual rate determined by relevant experience, skills and market data).
