A Taste of Your Responsibilities
Build, operate, and optimize Databricks and/or Palantir Foundry workspaces, clusters, jobs, storage integrations, and platform configurations.
Manage workspace governance, cluster policies, secrets, access controls, and cost guardrails.
Automate platform provisioning, onboarding, and environment consistency through Infrastructure-as-Code.
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines that enable consistent deployment of notebooks, transformations, libraries, and data products, supporting test-driven development standards.
Standardize data product delivery using reusable pipeline templates and paved-road deployment frameworks.
Enforce guardrails and quality gates to ensure reliable, safe, and compliant data product releases.
Participate in on-call rotations for platform incidents.
Execute runbooks, lead postmortems, and drive improvements that enhance platform reliability.
Perform scheduled chaos testing and disaster recovery readiness checks.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
3+ years of experience in platform engineering, data platform operations, Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or similar roles.
2+ years of hands-on experience supporting Databricks and/or Palantir Foundry in a production environment.
Strong troubleshooting skills across distributed systems, data pipelines, and integrations.
Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python or Bash.
Familiarity with cloud fundamentals (Azure or Google Cloud Platform), networking basics, and identity and access management concepts.
Strong experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, and platform-level automation.
Experience with operational best practices including monitoring, alerting, incident response, and root‑cause analysis.
Strong communication skills and ease collaborating with engineering and business-facing teams.
Preferred: 2+ years of experience operating cloud environments (Azure preferred).
Preferred: Experience with Terraform, policy-as-code, observability tooling, and disaster recovery engineering.
Preferred: Experience influencing platform strategy and mentoring teams on Site Reliability Engineering and DevOps for data engineering.
Number of Days in Office: 3
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
Compensation Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000
