Primary Responsibilities
Lead and manage the QA team to develop and execute comprehensive test plans.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand testing needs, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
Design and implement testing strategies and methodologies for web applications.
Develop, document, and maintain functional, integration, security, and load/stress testing procedures.
Identify, analyze, and report defects and issues promptly, and work with the development team to resolve them.
Document and deliver an approach for automated acceptance testing, integration/regression testing for all new applications and capabilities.
Develop new and/or maintain existing automated scripts in Selenium (Web based, Desktop, Mobile, API, and Database).
Develop scenarios using Java, Selenium, and Selenium WebDriver.
Integrate automation scripts into the CI/CD cloud pipeline using tools like Bitbucket, GitLab, or other approved DISA tools.
Enhance automation frameworks and collaborate on optimizing pipeline efficiency while adhering to established best practices.
Develop and integrate Test Driven Development (TDD) into the existing automation framework.
Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data.
Drive test automation best practices across the organization.
Basic Qualifications
Must have TS/SCI clearance.
BA and 8+ years of experience in software testing and QA with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency with test automation frameworks like Selenium, JUnit, Cucumber.
Strong knowledge of networking and operating systems.
Experience working in a high op‑temp, top secret environment.
Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment.
Proficiency in conducting end‑to‑end testing of large or complex information systems.
Knowledge of test engineering methodology.
Demonstrated experience communicating effectively across internal and external organizations.
Candidate must possess an active DOD TS/SCI. May be asked to obtain CI Poly.
Preferred prior experience with DISA and DISA’s support to mission partners.
