Luxury Home Builder is looking to hire an experienced, bilingual (Spanish) Sales Leader to oversee the sales of their new-home construction communities. The role will market and sell homes primarily to second-home buyers and investors including international clients. The position comes with a generous base salary (not a draw -- a full W-2 Salary) plus a generous commission structure. The role will eventually hire and manage a small team for which the position will realize commissions for their team's sales also. With the base salary, this role could easily exceed $200K in total compensation for a top producer. To be qualified you must: Be a licensed real estate agent or broker in the state of Florida Have at least 5 years of single-family or townhome sales Have new-construction home sales experience. Be willing to travel approximately twice per month to Miami and internationally to LATAM We will only consider candidates already in the state of Florida with the above experience. Living locally is preferred but we will consider covering some relocation assistance for the right candidate.
