Role Description We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Administrator for a full-time, on-site position based in Fort Pierce. In this role, you will support the daily operations of the office by assisting with bookkeeping, organizing contracts and paperwork, answering phones, filing documents, and supporting the sales team with proposals and administrative tasks. You will play an important role in helping keep the office efficient, organized, and running smoothly.
Qualifications
Experience with Office Administration and Administrative Assistance, including filing, scheduling, document organization, and general office support
Basic bookkeeping experience preferred, including invoicing, purchase orders, and data entry
Experience with accounting or office management software such as QuickBooks preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to professionally assist customers and team members
Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with common office software, email platforms, and cloud-based productivity tools
Experience assisting sales staff with proposals, contracts, and related paperwork is a plus
