Lead end-to-end UX design efforts across multiple product teams with minimal supervision. Partner with product managers and stakeholders to shape product strategy and customer experience vision. Create user-centered designs for web, mobile, and other digital channels. Leverage user research, data insights, and feedback to inform design decisions. Develop wireframes, prototypes, workflows, information architecture, and interaction designs. Drive consistency through design systems, reusable patterns, and scalable design solutions. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation. Facilitate design workshops, reviews, and stakeholder presentations. Mentor and coach junior designers while contributing to the overall UX culture and design maturity. Provide thought leadership on UX best practices, innovation, and emerging trends. Required Qualifications
7+ years of UX design or related experience. Bachelor's degree in Interactive Design, Human Factors, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred. Experience designing and delivering digital products within Agile environments. Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and successful product outcomes. Experience leveraging user research and data to drive design decisions. Required Skills
Expertise in UX design disciplines such as interaction design, information architecture, visual design, prototyping, user research, design thinking, and content design. Ability to design across web, mobile, and other digital platforms. Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills. Working knowledge of web and mobile development principles. Experience contributing to and utilizing design systems. Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable design solutions. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and customer-focused mindset. Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading complex, cross-functional design initiatives. Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels. Experience mentoring and developing UX talent. Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and driving design innovation.
