Responsibilities
Design and implement sales strategies based on research into new market potential, market trends, and current position.
Establish territories, goals, and quotas for the sales team.
Lead new business development, increase sales volume, foster cooperation, formulate new marketing strategies, and define unique service requirements.
Maintain top‑level contact with existing and potential customers’ management.
Expand the company’s partnering relationships with suppliers.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8–10 years of sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Directly related experience selling to professional builders is strongly preferred.
