You’ll be at the core of scaling a design system that balances brand consistency with flexibility across Telia’s portfolio of consumer brands.
What you’ll do:
Develop scalable, reusable UI components and design tokens that serve multiple brands from a single shared codebase
Collaborate closely with UX designers, frontend engineers, and brand teams to ensure the system stays aligned with real product needs
Drive adoption and governance of the design system across multiple product teams and squads
Contribute to tooling, documentation, and processes that make the system easy to consume and evolve
What will help you thrive in this role:
Proven experience in building or maintaining a design system or component library at scale
Strong knowledge of modern frontend technologies (React, CSS architecture, design tokens, Figma)
Ability to communicate technical decisions to both designers and engineers across organizational boundaries
Fluency in English; Norwegian is a plus
Comfortable working with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude, and taking ownership of the quality and correctness of AI-generated code
