Key Responsibilities
Partner with Architects to implement platform strategy and lead technical design across serverless and Kubernetes environments
Drive improvements in reliability, observability standards, and deployment workflows while mentoring senior engineers
Contribute to platform modernization efforts and establish clear paths for deployment and monitoring
Required Qualifications
8‑12+ years in infrastructure, SRE, or platform engineering with experience in serverless and Kubernetes environments
Strong AWS expertise and advanced Infrastructure as Code skills (Terraform preferred)
Proven track record of improving reliability and reducing operational toil
Experience with observability tooling and CI/CD pipeline design
Strong understanding of distributed systems and reliability engineering
